We Have a Hassle-Free 10 Days Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy
Our quality and customer service makes sure that your experience with us and our products is exceptional, but for any reason or even without a reason if you would like to return or exchange your order, just Email Us at care@mantobd.com
Return Policy:
- The return request must be made within 10 days of receiving the order.
- Customers need to have their Order ID or Invoice to get exchange/refund.
- The cost and responsibility of returning our product to the facility will be borne by the customer.
- The items must not be worn, damaged, or washed. If we find any defect or issue in the returned article which hasn't been communicated before by the customer, the exchange/refund will be REJECTED.
- In case the article gets damaged after use, customers need to complain within 30-45 days of receiving the order. No refund/exchange will be processed after this timeline.
- Customers need to fill a form before sending the item(s) back (contact us on Email to get the form).
- Refund and exchange requests will be processed within 7-10 working days of receiving the return item. Refunds cannot be paid in cash, due to policies of logistic companies and can only be processed via Bank Transfer.
- Our Return and Exchange policy is not applicable to custom orders, unless there is an issue from our end (such as manufacturing fault).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days via Bank Transfer only.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
